DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
In this process we start with requirement gathering and scoping up complete project. Based on this scope we determine the size of project and break down the tasks into different modules, features and functionalities. Once the things get broken down we figure out number of man hours required and then calculate the cost. If client and we both agree on the cost or price then we move to the next stage which is design.
While designing we provide 3 -5 mockups. Client chose one of them and may ask for some changes and modifications. Once the design has been decided, we move to next phase which is development. We setup milestones with the timelines in order to finish tasks in a timely manner. After completing each milestone we run a predefined set of tests, just to make sure that things are working as expected and nothing is broken. When we complete all the milestones then we do a detailed QA (Quality Assurance) of website or application.
